Our cleaning process starts with the Hepa high
efficiency, turbojet duct cleaning machine. It will
create negative air pressure inside your duct
system and will vacuum all the pollutions that
might be found in your air-duct.

To remove heavy dirt, we will create a positive air
pressure in each individual vent with a heavy use
air pressured tool.
You should keep in mind that the air moving to the
duct meets your evaporator coil first in most cases
it contains dust, dirt, pollen, moisture and other
contaminants, the coils get dirty and become less
efficient. In addition, the evaporator coil and its
condensate pan can become fouled with pollen,
mold spores and other bio contaminants that can
have adverse effects on indoor air quality

before Starting the Work
1. Duct cleaning should be scheduled during periods when
the area is unoccupied to prevent exposure to loosened particles of dust and dirt.
2. The duct layout drawing should be studied so that the routing, size and number
of bends, dampers etc is clearly understood. In case a drawing is not available,
a sketch showing the routing and size should be prepared.
3. If the duct is very long, an inspection door should be provided in the main duct, if not already provided.
4. In case of long ducts having a number of branches, cleaning should be done by
isolating a section at a time.
